1. What is Backlit Apparel Co.?
Backlit Apparel Co. is a POD (print on demand) e-commerce shop specializing in comfy gear and merchandise for photographers, videographers and editors in the creative small business space!
2. What is POD?
Print on demand means that as soon as you purchase your order is printed and shipped directly to you. We do not hold inventory or have shipping days, once you order, the process begins!
3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
4. Will my order come all together?
Not necessarily. Because we are POD, items may come from different manufacturers so you may receive your items separately. However, you will receive shipping notifications for each item in your order so you can keep track of where everything is at!
5. Are the shirts comfy?
Yes! All t-shirts are either Bella + Canvas or Comfort Colors which have great fit while also being soft and comfy. Crewnecks are Comfort Colors as well and have a lightweight fit with a worn/faded look. No one wants a stiff or thick shirt! We've got you covered.
6. What if my item is defective or damaged?
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. Please take relevant photos of the damage/issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
7. Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, we will only accept returns if the item is broken, damaged, printed wrong or if you receive the wrong size. We will NOT accept returns or exchanges if you simply order the wrong size. Please keep that in mind before you order!
8. What if I have a design idea?
